Buencafé Employees Now Graduates in Industrial Production Management Technology

24 of our operators have graduated in Industrial Production Management, thanks to the partnership between Buencafé and the National Learning Service (SENA).
This is the second graduating class of the Technology in Industrial Production Management program. With this group, 60 employees have benefited from our training strategy, through which Buencafé provides financial and logistical resources for its employees to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
 
Graduates of this program develop and enhance skills for organizing production systems, controlling process quality, managing the flow of materials and information, and implementing tools for resource optimization in production processes, among other abilities that will help them become more competitive in an increasingly demanding work environment.
 

For this class of technologists, it is worth highlighting the company’s commitment to its mission of training qualified personnel. “Thanks to Buencafé for believing in our potential, for providing us with the resources to complete our studies, and for giving us the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to face the challenges of the future,” said Luis David Manrique Gómez, one of the graduates of this class.
