The Ethics Line is a special attention mechanism that the National Federation of Coffee Growers (FNC) makes available to all, so that any person can communicate illegal or unethical behaviors, or that may contravene the culture of risk management and controls.

We invite you to consult the Code of Ethics and Good Governance of the FNC, since in it the behaviors that are subject to denunciation are typified, the values and ethical principles of the organization are defined, the rights and duties for an equitable treatment, and the guidelines for good governance; among other relevant topics such as the monitoring exercised by the control entities, the organizational structure itself, and its policy against some environmental and social scourges of a national and international nature.
