Muchas personas se preguntan cu\u00e1les son los argumentos con los que podemos afirmar que el caf\u00e9 de Colombia es el mejor del mundo. Esta es una cuesti\u00f3n que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una f\u00f3rmula m\u00e1gica y que se centra en factores \u00fanicos que dan un toque especial a esa bebida que se mantiene en la mente y en los corazones de los consumidores.<\/p>

  1. El logo \u201c100% Caf\u00e9 de Colombia\u201d es el sello de origen de caf\u00e9 m\u00e1s reconocido en Estados Unidos y representa ante el mundo nuestro producto insignia; el caf\u00e9. \nEsto lo hemos logrado tras a\u00f1os de posicionamiento y \u201cliderazgo desde la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cafeteros, demostrando que la calidad del caf\u00e9 que se cultiva en nuestro pa\u00eds obedece no solo a las condiciones espec\u00edficas de clima, localizaci\u00f3n y oferta ambiental, sino tambi\u00e9n a los cuidadosos procesos de producci\u00f3n asociados con este producto.\u201d\u00b9<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    1. La tierra, el sol, las cenizas volc\u00e1nicas y el agua que baja directamente de los manantiales crean un ecosistema perfecto para la producci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 ar\u00e1bico fresco durante todo el a\u00f1o; este es uno de los motivos por los cuales las regiones cafeteras se han convertido en \u201czonas protegidas\u201d con el fin de asegurar cualidades, caracter\u00edsticas y reputaci\u00f3n del producto. \nEn el a\u00f1o 2005, a solicitud de la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cafeteros, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) declar\u00f3 la protecci\u00f3n de la DO Caf\u00e9 de Colombia gracias a los factores naturales y ambientales mencionados anteriormente.\u201d\u00b2<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      1. En nuestro pa\u00eds, la cultura cafetera est\u00e1 basada en saberes ancestrales transmitidos de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n. La producci\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un simple proceso y se transforma en una mezcla de factores elementales tales como disciplina, esfuerzo, constante innovacio\u0301n y amor por la tierra. La riqueza cultural de la regi\u00f3n y su gente, la naturaleza de las verdes monta\u00f1as, la herencia y la producci\u00f3n del caf\u00e9 se conjugan entonces para formar conocimientos excepcionales.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

Nuestro caf\u00e9 es cosechado a mano, grano a grano, con el fin de recolectar cerezas rojas y maduras que tras un periodo de fermentaci\u00f3n de entre 14 a 30 horas, se convertir\u00e1n en un producto con una suave acidez, un toque amargo, notas de chocolate, caramelo, nueces y un sabor frutal que sacar\u00e1n a relucir nuestro lado m\u00e1s premium.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          1. La cultura cafetera lleva a\u00f1os perfeccion\u00e1ndose para mantenerse a la vanguardia del mercado.
