Con el objetivo de seguir ampliando su portafolio de productos y aumentar su participaci\u00f3n de mercado, Buencaf\u00e9, el caf\u00e9 liofilizado [\u2026]<\/li><\/ul><p>Con el objetivo de seguir ampliando su portafolio de productos y aumentar su participaci\u00f3n de mercado, Buencaf\u00e9, la f\u00e1brica de caf\u00e9 liofilizado de los caficultores colombianos, acaba de lanzar en Corea del Sur el extracto de caf\u00e9 100% colombiano y el caf\u00e9 liofilizado descafeinado mediante el proceso Swiss Water\u00ae.<\/p><p>En esta tecnolog\u00eda, el caf\u00e9 verde se sumerge en agua pura y fresca para eliminar suavemente hasta el 99,9% de la cafe\u00edna, conservando los atributos intr\u00ednsecos de los granos de mayor calidad.<\/p><p>\u201cPara Buencaf\u00e9, es fundamental aumentar su presencia en Corea del Sur, dado el tama\u00f1o del mercado y la competencia. Incorporar nuevos negocios a nuestro portafolio con productos de alto valor agregado es un gran logro\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Cristina Madri\u00f1\u00e1n, directora de Buencaf\u00e9 Liofilizado de Colombia.<\/p><p>El producto lanzado por el cliente en Corea del Sur es un caf\u00e9 RTD, cuyo ingrediente principal es el extracto descafeinado Swiss Water\u00ae, que ha mostrado importantes ventas tan solo un par de meses despu\u00e9s del lanzamiento de la bebida.<\/p><p>Los productos elaborados a trav\u00e9s de esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda son premium, naturales y entre los mejores descafeinados del mundo por su materia prima (100% caf\u00e9 colombiano), proceso de descafeinizaci\u00f3n \u00fanico y un proceso de producci\u00f3n que conserva los atributos naturales de principio a fin, aspectos todos ellos reconocidos y demandados por el mercado coreano.<\/p><h3><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong><\/h3><p>Buencaf\u00e9 es principalmente una empresa exportadora: el 90% de sus ventas se realizan en el extranjero.
