From February 18 to 22, Buencafé will take part, for the fifth time, in the food and beverages exhibition ‘Gulfood 2018‘ in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), one of the largest of its kind in the world. The exhibition will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center and expects to receive about 5,000 exhibitors, 97,000 visitors and 185 participating countries.

For Camilo Gómez, Buencafé’s Marketing & Sales Coordinator, the participation has several purposes, including doing business with the Gulf and African countries. “The Gulfood exhibition is important because it draws buyers and companies from markets we want to develop, and somehow it enables us to know how they do business in the region, understand their logistic management, and learn from the experiences of other businesses in the area,” Camilo said.

Buencafé will be located in the Beverages pavilion, at booth Z4-G50, and will show its potential as an integrated provider of soluble products. The booth will feature all the brands that the freeze-dried coffee factory packages for its clients, so that the visitors know the companies that have trusted Buencafé to produce and package their products. “We are going to communicate that our company is able to provide soluble coffee as an ingredient for different industries and also bulk coffee to be used industrially in companies with their own packaging lines or their own brands,” Gómez noted.

Buencafé is always present at the most important exhibitions

The most important exhibitions in the food and beverage category taking place around the world are Anuga in Germany, Sial in Paris, and Gulfood in Dubai; Buencafé has recurrently participated in all of them, managing to position itself in international markets.

“When we take part in exhibitions that are so important, our current and potential customers feel greater trust in our products. Our expectation is focused on market growth, making contacts and networking in a region where growth of soluble coffee consumption and development of coffee culture have a very high potential,” Camilo said.

Buencafé has also participated in exhibitions in the United States, Asia, Canada and South America. From Colombia, it is one of the few companies that will be proudly present in Gulfood 2018.
