A delicious hot cocktail for a cold night. Perfect for enjoying the company of a special person with the ever present touch of Buendía Coffee.
- 1 tablespoon of Buendía Classic coffee
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 ounce of brandy
In a saucepan heat the cognac with cinnamon, cloves, sugar and flame all.
Buendía coffee is divided into four cups, previously heated.
Pour the previously prepared mixture on the coffee, careful not to let the cinnamon sticks and cloves go.
Add sugar to taste.
Optional: Decorate the cup with cinnamon sticks.
Brulot coffee is much appreciated after a good meal.
